Business in the Spotlight: Orpington Dental Care

Feb 15, 2022

Helen Loubser is Orpington Dental Care’s principal dentist. She qualified in South Africa in 1998 and took a two-year postgraduate course in cosmetic dentistry at the prestigious Eastman Dental School. We are a family-run practice and provide gentle and caring dentistry. With the patient at the centre, we focus on building strong relationships with patients. We are proud that many generations of the same families come to us for all their dental healthcare needs.

The practice was established more than 20 years ago and has a loyal clientele. Do not take our word for it: Read some of our patient testimonials to hear about patients’ experiences in their own words. We are always happy to accept new patients; although we are private dentists, we have an NHS contract for children, meaning treatment for under 19s is free.

Our team comprises five dentists, all of whom enjoy carrying out a range of cosmetic dental treatments, including veneers, tooth whitening, tooth straightening and dental implants. Helping all patients to have a healthy, happy mouth is key to what we do, and we also offer routine dental care to keep your mouth in the best condition.

Orpington Dental Care is listed for free on Worldwide’s World Guide. This guide enables other Afrikaners to support South African businesses abroad.

The World Guide is where South African businesses from all over the world come together to form a community. Currently, the guide has just over 1 000 listed businesses, from Afrikaans doctors in New Zealand, to biltong shops in London.

Networks are more than mere businesses; it is also a valuable way of building a support base for those days when the longing for a South African wine, gathering around a braai fire and the Afrikaner hospitality becomes too much.
