Cleanup & trash

Please help us keep the campground clean and get rid of trash in the proper way by throwing it in the trash cans you will see around. If you see something on the ground please pick it up and discard it in the nearest trash can.

KOA will have trash collection trips throughout the day on the campground.

Fest rules & regulations

As you can imagine, putting an event together like this requires months of planning and organizing.

SABP Fest is a family-friendly event and in the spirit of maintaining this atmosphere we ask that attendees maintain discretion in terms of clothing, behavior, and alcohol consumption throughout the weekend.

We respectfully ask that you, your family, and your guests abide by all rules and regulations set forth, so as to ensure that the event remains an enjoyable time for everyone.

Every person need to check in at the Welcome Station where their receipt will be scanned to get a wristband. This wristband has to be worn at all times and be clearly visible.

KOA have their own rules & regulations and should be adhered to at all times. Please familiarize yourself with these rules to avoid any confusion. No festival or accommodation fees will be refunded.

Where & when?

SABP Fest will be held at the Richmond North / Kings Dominion KOA in Virginia. It takes place April 24th to April 26th 2020. Here is more about the venue. Note the activities that KOA has available.
