Reading progress:

Season ten of Boer soek ’n Vrou has arrived!

Oct 16, 2017

Finding love isn’t as simple as planting maize, caring for cattle or keeping horses – and it’s this massive challenge that gets people hooked on Boer soek ’n Vrou, KykNET’s hit reality series. In the tenth season, Minki van der Westhuizen returns to help ten farmers to cultivate love. The season kicks off on a rollercoaster ride to the past, when Minki checks in with some of the farmers from earlier seasons to find out how things are going, and if they are still with the women they met through the show.

Then there are ten brand-new farmers who are searching for soulmates and – as per previous seasons – they’ll receive love letters, go on speed dates, meet women in groups and eventually choose three ladies to take along to their farms. On the farm, the women must adjust to their new environment and decide if they’re up for the challenge of being a farmer’s wife, while the farmer must carefully choose a lady who may just become a permanent feature on the farm. New episodes of Boer soek ’n Vrou will be available on ShowMax from Friday, 13 October.
