Business in the Spotlight: Die Spens

Jun 26, 2019

Worldwide’s unique World Guide is like a map to your favourite products and services abroad. We want to help South African expats to get access to the South African products they love and miss. Each week the Worldwide team picks one business from the guide to appear in the Spotlight. This week it is Die Spens in the Netherlands.

The spens (pantry) is no longer just a place for granny to store her jam and rusks. No, Die Spens has become a place where South Africans in the Netherlands can find their beloved South African products. Die Spens is easily reached from all over the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and if you do not want to brave the elements you can order from the comfort of your couch and wait for your order to be delivered to your doorstep.

Die Spens shop is situated next to the A1 in Amersfoort. Come and have a look at all the well known South African favourites, like Mrs Balls Chutney, Sparletta Creme Soda, Simba NikNaks, Ouma Rusks, Koo Sweetcorn, Iwisa Maize Meal, Robertsons spices, to name a few.
