8 Days in Provence

Aug 5, 2016

June 2016

Have you been in Provence when the warm Mistral winds blow down from the mountains?

Have you tasted the salt in a sandstorm in le Camargue, or seen the flamingos come in to land against the setting sun?

Have you eaten paella at Les Mejanes, or swam in the sea at Maries de la Mer?

Are you familiar with the taste of pure apricot juice from Mausanne les Alpilles, or freshly pressed olive oil?

Have you taken pictures at Les Baux-de-Provence, or admired the amazing vista of Gordes?

Have you perchance met Van Gogh, or the one-eared dachshund of Provence?

Have you wandered around the lavender fields of Abbey de Sénanque, or smelled their lavender soap?

Have you stayed on the wine farm at Domaine Des Peyre?

Do you know the blue of the sea at Cassis; have you snorkelled in the marine reserve?

Come then, let us live: Life is for the living.
