Business in the Spotlight: Springbok BBQ

Mar 31, 2021

Worldwide’s World Guide created a successful network to bring South Africans abroad in touch with each other so that you can support South African-owned businesses in their area. Every week, Worldwide selects one business from the World Guide to appear in the Spotlight. This week’s business in the spotlight is Springbok BBQ.

What do we do?

We are pioneers of wood-fired catering and purveyors of top-quality biltong in the United Kingdom.

Springbok is the name of a Southern African antelope renowned for jumping four meters high and 16 meters far and running up to 100 km/h. In the Southern African region, the springbok’s name is synonymous with pride and quality, and that is why we chose it as the name for our wood-fired catering. By choosing Springbok BBQ as your catering provider, you’re not only buying into a culture of appreciation for the ingredients we cook with, but also a passion for the final products we ultimately serve you and your guests.

Why choose our catering services?

Nowadays everyone knows: It’s just a whole lot better cooked with wood!

  • Pick the wood for your BBQ catering or hog roast from a variety of hardwoods, including apple, maple, mesquite, oak, hickory.
  • We offer a plethora of service options so you can have your food served the way you prefer, be that a buffet, table service, or even cocktail service.
  • Our presence lends a festive atmosphere to weddings, garden parties and company gatherings, making these events extra special.
