KOSTE:
• Kinders onder 5 – gratis,
• Kinders 5 tot 12 jaar – $5 per person,
• Volwassenes 13 en ouer – $10 per person.
TAFELS: Tafels is GRATIS en werk op ‘n “first come first serve” basis. As jy wil he ons moet vir jou ‘n tafel hou (waarborg), kan jy dit vooraf bespreek. Daar is net 26 tafels (8 stoele per tafel) beskikbaar teen vooraf bespreking van $20/tafel (sluit nie jou ingangsfooie in nie).
Tafels is vooruitbetaalbaar.

Toegangskaartjies kan ook vooraf gekoop word op dieselfde link – of by die deur op die aand. (Eftpos fasiliteite is beskikbaar).
Tafels wat nie vooraf bespreek is nie (indien daar nog oor is) sal gratis beskikbaar wees op die aand. Jy is ook welkom om jou eie kamp stoele en tafel saam te bring en buite op die grasperk op te stel.
Tafels verkoop omtrent elke dans uit en as jy will he jou tafel moet vir jou wag as jy daar kom MOET jy vooraf bespreek en betaal. “Whats Up Kwagga” sal ook ‘n verskeidenheid Suid-Afrikaanse produkte en biltong/droewors te koop he op die aand.
KINDERS: Kinders is baie welkom, alhoewel daar geen toesig of vermaak gereël is nie. Ouers is dus self verantwoordelik vir die toesig van hul eie kinders.
BRING SAAM: Piekniek mandjie met eetgoed, drinkgoed met eie eetgerei en glase (eie alles).
BRAAIERS: Geen braaiers word voorsien nie, maar jy is welkom om ‘n braai saam te bring.
MUSIEK: O.l.v. Die Musiek Fabriek (Besprekings: 0455 98 527). Versoeke welkom.
NAVRAE: Vrae welkom op Musiek Fabriek op facebook of E-pos na adres: info@whatsupkwagga.com.
Hou ook asb die “events” onder “Whats Up Kwagga” op Facebook dop vir ander geleenthede (ons jaar-program) of verandering van reelings vir die dans.
Whats Up Kwagga (Ltd) is a Social Enterprize and Charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) – and also trades as Broad Acre Employment Strategy.
DUE TO COVID19 RESTRICTIONS CURRENTLY IN PLACE, EVERY PERSON ATTENTING THIS EVENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO AHERE TO AND FOLLOW THE BELOW RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH A CATEGORY THREE COVID SAFE EVENT:
1. If you have experienced a fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath or travelled overseas in the past month, please do not attend this event.
2. Please sanitize your hands prior to entering the building.
3. Scan the QR code that is displayed at the entrance and sign into the event. This can be done on your mobile phone or on the iPad provided. Children under 18 can be added to the one sign-in – but all adults 18 and over must sign in separately.
4. You MUST wear the wristband provided to you for the whole duration of the event. You will be given a wristband at the entry door once you have demonstrated that you have signed in with the QR code on display.
5. You will be required to enter the venue through ONLY ONE single entry point and exit via a separate exit point. All other entry/exit points will be blocked off.
6. A maximum of 208 guest will be allowed at any given time inside the hall.
7. A maximum of 500 guests will be allowed on-site.
8. Maintain a safe social distancing space of 1.5 meters whilst not seated or dancing.
9. Maintain a safe social distancing space of 1.5 meters between you and other patrons dancing.
10. Maintain a safe social distancing space of 1.5 meters at the urinals with no more than two guests in the bathroom at any given time.
11. Tables are not to be moved or joined together and no more than 8 people to be seated at a table at any time during the event.
12. Toilets/Bathrooms will be cleaned and disinfected every hour.
13. Please familiarize yourself with all the information displayed on the projector screen throughout the night.
14. Observe and follow all instructions given by the MC or organizers.
By purchasing a ticket to attend this event, you agree to take it upon yourself to ensure that all members of your group are aware of and adhere to the above restrictions and limitations.
