Carnivore Meat Company is the work of husband and wife team, SJ and Virginia Botha. They owned a traditional American barbeque restaurant in South Africa before moving back to the USA a few years ago. While the focus of the barbeque restaurant was to bring American traditions to South Africa, the purpose of Carnivore Meat Company is to bring South African flavours to the USA.

Carnivore Meat Company offer high quality meat products like home-made sausages, jerky and of course their biggest hit, biltong. Their biltong is prepared according a traditional South African recipe and drying method.
