Business in the spotlight: Ntaba Coffee Haus

Jul 7, 2021

Worldwide’s World Guide created a successful network to bring South Africans abroad in touch with each other so that you can support South African-owned businesses in your area. Every week, Worldwide selects one business from the World Guide to appear in the Spotlight. This week’s business in the spotlight is Ntaba Coffee Haus in the United States of America.

Direct from Africa to Louisville

Ntaba Coffee Haus began when owner Robin Mountain visited coffee farms in Ethiopia. After seeing the farms, meeting the people who picked the coffee, and experiencing the best coffee from the soil to the cup, he knew he wanted to find a way to get the top African coffee to America. A year after ordering his first bag of green beans, Robin was ready to take the next step and open a physical location, which meant the creation of Ntaba Coffee Haus.

Today we offer our customers organic, fair trade, fresh roasted coffee, sourced from the best farms in Africa. Robin’s other business, Ntaba African Safaris, ensures he still gets the time to go to Africa and see the farms where our coffee comes from. Our South African and German heritage are reflected in the sweet and savoury treats we offer.
